Q: ”What is Hemp Extract?”
A: Hemp Extract is produced from industrial hemp that contains less than 0.3% THC on a dry weight basis, It is extracted from the stalks and stems of the plant to produce the hemp extract which contain multiple cannabinoids. The hemp plant is full of non-psychoactive cannabinoinds and less then 3% of the psychoactive cannabinoids.
Q: ”What is the proper dosage?”
A: Generally, with products of this nature, it is a good practice to start with a smaller serving size and increase until desired effects are reached. However, Crane Flight recommends at least 30mg of CBD consumption per day.
Q: ”Is Hemp Legal?”
A:The legality of Cannabidiol from hemp is based on a 2004 unanimous ruling by the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, which determined that the DEA “cannot regulate naturally-occurring THC not contained within or derived from marijuana”, i.e., non-psychoactive hemp is not included in the Schedule I drug classification. The DEA has no authority to regulate drugs that are not scheduled.
Q: ”What are the residual solvents in the powder and slab isolate?”
A: Often times we have batches that test at zero traceable residual solvents, but every batch is guaranteed to contain less than 200 PPM of heptane and or pentane– batches of isolate can vary in appearance and consistency but are always over 99% pure Cannabidiol. We post samples of our third party test results, these will not guarantee to be the exact batch that ships to you but we have all batches on file. If you ever need a copy of it just inquire with customer service.
Q: ”Do your slab and powder isolates taste like cherries?”
A: Customers have often left testimonials that our isolates taste like cherries. That being said, it really depends on the person as everyone has a slightly different experience and taste buds vary from individual to individual.
Q: ”How is Hemp different than marijuana?”
A: Industrial hemp is cannabis plant that contains less than 0.3% THC (the psychoactive component of marijuana). Therefore, hemp does not get you high like marijuana typically would. Certain strains of cannabis have been bred over generations to naturally contain minimal amounts of THC. Our CBD oil is made from plants such as these.
Q: ”When will my order ship?”
A: Orders are generally ship the same day if the order is placed before 9 AM PST the day of purchase. Typically all packages are shipped out within 24 hours. Our policy states to allow 2-4 days for shipping which is in place to give us time to fulfill all orders during times of higher volume of orders than normal.
Q: ”I received a tracking number but it won’t track in the system when I search for it, why?”
A: This is because you receive a tracking number immediately after your order has started to be fulfilled, please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to register with the shipping companies system before contacting customer service.
Q: ”Can you ship outside of the United States?”
A: No. We can NOT ship our products outside of the United States.
Q: ”Is it possible to pay for overnight delivery?”
A: Unfortunately at this time we do not have the capabilities to ship overnight. It is something we are hoping to offer in the future. That being said, we diligently work to package and ship within 48 hours of receiving an order and then guarantee 3-5 business day delivery. If you look at our testimonials, you will probably see that people are very pleased with how quickly they receive their product.
Q: ”Do you ship to Canada?”
A: No. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship outside of the US.
Q: ”I live in Colifornia, can I pick up my order rather than having it shipped?”
A: We do not have a retail location so we CANNOT legally sell products hand to hand. However, your order is guaranteed to be packaged within 48 hours and will arrive within 3-5 business days.
