A:The legality of Cannabidiol from hemp is based on a 2004 unanimous ruling by the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, which determined that the DEA “cannot regulate naturally-occurring THC not contained within or derived from marijuana”, i.e., non-psychoactive hemp is not included in the Schedule I drug classification. The DEA has no authority to regulate drugs that are not scheduled.

A: Often times we have batches that test at zero traceable residual solvents, but every batch is guaranteed to contain less than 200 PPM of heptane and or pentane– batches of isolate can vary in appearance and consistency but are always over 99% pure Cannabidiol. We post samples of our third party test results, these will not guarantee to be the exact batch that ships to you but we have all batches on file.
